Shri Prabhat Singh has been Director of Marketing of GAIL (India) Limited and also served as (i) Chairman of Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private Limited (RGPPL) erstwhile Dabhol Power Company and during his tenure has commissioned the 5 MMTPA LNG regasification terminal at Dabhol and (ii) Chairman of GAIL Global Singapore Pte Ltd. (GGSPL) - a global trading arm of GAIL at Singapore, which is currently creating value & managing India's pioneering efforts towards global LNG business; and (iii) Managing Director, Petronet LNG Ltd.

Shri Prabhat Singh has been instrumental in putting the country on the world gas map, India being one of the first countries to have sourced LNG (based on Henry Hub) from the US. His major contribution has been the execution of world's longest exclusive LPG pipeline from Jamnagar to Loni. The project was recognized by Asian Development Bank as the "Best Managed Project" of the year. He was also instrumental in ushering in the "Open Access Common Carrier Principle" in India. Prabhat Singh is one of the core contributors to the concept of gas pooling for power & fertilizer sector which is under successful implementation.

Shri Nitin Shukla (DIN: 00041433) has done B.E. (Mechanical). Shri Nitin Shukla’s career spans over four decades and nearly half as CEO-MD with JVs of MNCs in India.

He successfully implemented two large green-field projects in energy sector in Gujarat, India.

He retired from Shell Group in September, 2016 as Managing Director & CEO of Hazira LNG Pvt. Ltd. & Hazira Port Pvt. Ltd. (Shell Group companies). He led this business since FID (Final Investment decision) taken by Shell in December, 2001. He successfully developed LNG business based on a novel spot cargo model and later based on combination of service provider coupled with spot cargoes/short term contracts. He played key role in development of non-LNG cargo port development of Hazira port through sub- concession route through international competitive bidding process.

Prior to his leadership role with Shell Group Shri Nitin Shukla was the Managing Director of Gujarat Power Gen Energy Corporation Limited (Power Gen, UK Group company) from July 1999 to February 2002. He served as an Executive Director, Gujarat Torrent Energy Corporation Ltd. (GTEC), for nearly last two years during his tenure from November, 1992 till July, 1999. He played key role in developing 655 MW gas-based duel fuel power plant within budget and on schedule during his tenure with GTEC.

Dr. Ravindra H. Dholakia, (DIN: 00069396) a retired Professor of IIM, Ahmedabad, has more than 38 years of experience in regional economic development, economic analysis and policy, international economics and health economics.

Her leadership in development administration was marked by her tenure as District Development Officer in Tapi–Vyara and Panchmahal, followed by her service as District Collector in Tapi-Vyara, Kheda, Aravalli, and Vadodara.

In the sphere of urban governance, she held the position of Municipal Commissioner in Vadodara and Surat, where she spearheaded initiatives in smart city planning, sanitation, and infrastructure modernization. She also contributed to fiscal management as Additional Commissioner of Commercial Tax in the Finance Department.

Currently, she serves as Managing Director of Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited, Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited and Director of Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited, Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited, Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited and Gujarat Fibre Grid Network Limited, leading Gujarat’s energy and digital infrastructure initiatives. Recognized for her innovative governance, she has received awards for water conservation projects, sustainable urban development, and holds multiple world records for impactful community-driven initiatives.
