Shri J. P. Gupta (DIN: 01952821) is a senior IAS Officer, with distinguished academic background. He is an alumnus of Jodhpur University and IIT New Delhi.

Shri Gupta joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1991. He has worked both at ground level implementing programs and at state level formulating policies. During his three-decade long career, he has worked in various departments - both regulatory and development. His major contributions are in the field of urban infrastructure development, transport, public health and water resources besides public finance. Smt. Avantika Singh Aulakh (DIN: 07549438) is an IAS officer of the 2003 batch, currently serving as Secretary to the Hon Chief Minister of Gujarat since Sept, 2021.

Shri N. N. Misra, (DIN: 00575501) graduated in Electrical Engineering with Honours from Regional Engineering College, Rourkela, in the year 1977. Shri Misra joined NTPC in 1977 as Executive Trainee (2nd Batch). He has experience of 37 years with NTPC out of which 31 years were in the Design Department looking after the various functions of Electrical Design and Project Engineering beginning with the first project of NTPC.

He was actively associated with Bureau of India Standards (BIS). Shri Misra has represented India in International Council on Large Electric System (CIGRE) for High voltage equipment and has contributed in many Study committees and Working groups of CIGRE. He was involved in selecting and successfully implementing the first 765KV sub-station of India at Sipat. He has a rich and varied experience having worked as Executive Director of National Capital Region, as Executive Director (Corporate Contracts & Materials), Executive Director (Human Resources) and lastly as Executive Director Operation Services of NTPC. Shri Prabhat Singh has been Director of Marketing of GAIL (India) Limited and also served as (i) Chairman of Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private Limited (RGPPL) erstwhile Dabhol Power Company and during his tenure has commissioned the 5 MMTPA LNG regasification terminal at Dabhol and (ii) Chairman of GAIL Global Singapore Pte Ltd. (GGSPL) - a global trading arm of GAIL at Singapore, which is currently creating value & managing India's pioneering efforts towards global LNG business; and (iii) Managing Director, Petronet LNG Ltd.

Shri Prabhat Singh has been instrumental in putting the country on the world gas map, India being one of the first countries to have sourced LNG (based on Henry Hub) from the US. His major contribution has been the execution of world's longest exclusive LPG pipeline from Jamnagar to Loni. The project was recognized by Asian Development Bank as the "Best Managed Project" of the year. He was also instrumental in ushering in the "Open Access Common Carrier Principle" in India. Prabhat Singh is one of the core contributors to the concept of gas pooling for power & fertilizer sector which is under successful implementation.

Shri Prabhat Singh has also been a member of National Auto Fuel Policy of MoPNG & member of the Governing body of Rajeev Gandhi Institute of Petroleum and Technology, Rai Bareily. Shri Nitin Shukla (DIN: 00041433) has done B.E. (Mechanical). Shri Nitin Shukla’s career spans over four decades and nearly half as CEO-MD with JVs of MNCs in India.

He successfully implemented two large green-field projects in energy sector in Gujarat, India.

He retired from Shell Group in September, 2016 as Managing Director & CEO of Hazira LNG Pvt. Ltd. & Hazira Port Pvt. Ltd. (Shell Group companies). He led this business since FID (Final Investment decision) taken by Shell in December, 2001. He successfully developed LNG business based on a novel spot cargo model and later based on combination of service provider coupled with spot cargoes/short term contracts. He played key role in development of non-LNG cargo port development of Hazira port through sub- concession route through international competitive bidding process.

Prior to his leadership role with Shell Group Shri Nitin Shukla was the Managing Director of Gujarat Power Gen Energy Corporation Limited (Power Gen, UK Group company) from July 1999 to February 2002. He served as an Executive Director, Gujarat Torrent Energy Corporation Ltd. (GTEC), for nearly last two years during his tenure from November, 1992 till July, 1999. He played key role in developing 655 MW gas-based duel fuel power plant within budget and on schedule during his tenure with GTEC.

He had been associated as office bearer or Executive Committee member with various business and social organizations including CIl, FICCI, AMA, GCCI.

He was Chairman of Cll-Gujarat, and member of National Hydrocarbon Council of Cll and FICCI, Member of Advisory Council of CSIR-NEERI (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, National Environment Engineering Research Institute.)

Dr. Ravindra H. Dholakia, (DIN: 00069396) a retired Professor of IIM, Ahmedabad, has more than 38 years of experience in regional economic development, economic analysis and policy, international economics and health economics.

He holds a post-doctoral research fellowship from the University of Toronto and a PhD in Economics from M S University, Baroda.

Earlier, he has served as a consultant to State and Central governments, private sector institutions and international organizations such as WHO, UNICEF, ADB and World Bank.
